Part wraps let you brand specific panels of your vehicle without covering the whole thing. We apply high-quality vinyl to bonnets, rear doors, side panels or roof sections - giving a sharp, professional finish that works hard for your business.
Part wraps are the practical middle ground between a full vehicle wrap and basic signwriting. If you only want to brand the rear doors and sides, or add a bonnet graphic, a part wrap gets the job done without the cost of covering every panel. They suit sole traders, small fleets and businesses that want a cleaner look on certain areas only.
We start by measuring and templating the panels you want covered, then print your design onto cast vinyl film using solvent-resistant inks. The film is heat-applied by hand, following every curve and recess so there are no air pockets or lifting edges. Any cutlines between wrapped and unwrapped sections are positioned along natural body lines so the join looks deliberate, not patchy.
Fitting vinyl to a real vehicle panel is not like sticking a label to a flat surface. Bumpers, wheel arches and door edges all require relief cuts and careful heat-forming. A poorly fitted part wrap will lift at the edges within weeks, letting water get underneath and marking the paintwork. Done properly, cast vinyl sits flush and protects the original paint beneath it.
When you come to us, we ask you to bring the vehicle clean and dry. We go over the panels with an IPA wipe before fitting to remove any wax or polish residue that would prevent adhesion. Most part wrap jobs on a single vehicle are completed within a day. Turnaround from artwork approval to fitting is typically three to five working days.
